What do you think is the success rate of ISO, CB, and internal quality audits?  This is going to be a critical question over the next few years as ISO families of standards adopt internal control and risk management requirements.  BTW: How successful or effective do you think financial audits are? The Wall Street Journal reported that one in three audits fail   We’re going to see much more interest in Value Added Auditing.
