Friends and Readers:

Fall is starting in the northern hemisphere.  Spring is starting in the southern hemisphere.   Time for changes.
This is happening in organizations and professions as well.  Things are in flux.  It seems that most of my friends are dong some form of job and career soul searching.  What is the direction of my profession?  Am I going to have a job next year?  The list of questions goes on.
Our basic belief continues to be reinforced daily.  Every professional will evolve into a risk manager.  We hope this issue of CERM Risk Insights provides some insights, direction, and advice on our assertion.  Best,
